BELGOROD, September 23 – RIA Novosti. Belgorod Regional Duma deputies introduced a zero property tax rate for the airport infrastructure of Belgorod and Stary Oskol airports, informs legislative body.

On Thursday, at the regional Duma meeting, deputies adopted the law “On Amending Article 2 of the Law of the Belgorod Region” on the Property Tax of Organizations. “It will come into effect from the day of its official publication. .

As noted by the Minister of Highways and Transport of the Belgorod Region, Sergey Yevtushenko, a zero tax rate is established on the property of organizations in relation to civil aviation airport infrastructure facilities.

According to Yevtushenko, the introduction of a zero tax rate will create conditions for the transfer of airport infrastructure to federal ownership. This will allow them to be modernized in the future within the framework of federal programs.

Now the zero rate of property tax in the region is valid for five years, especially for legal entities – management companies and residents of industrial (industrial) parks, gas distribution network facilities in the framework of the regional housing and communal services gasification program were put into operation for additional gasification of settlements.
