Bloomberg: Cyprus, Hungary oppose Russian oil price ceiling

According to agency sources, Cyprus and Hungary are among the countries that oppose the proposal to set a cap on oil prices, and such issues in the EU require unanimity.

The agency previously reported that EU member states are trying to finalize a deal that will raise Russian oil prices within a few weeks, following the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia. Commenting on the West’s idea of ​​limiting the prices of Russian energy supplies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia will not supply anything abroad if it goes against its own interests.
