Sberbank restructures small business loans whose owners are mobilized
MOSCOW, September 29 – RIA Novosti. Anatoly Popov, deputy chairman of the bank’s board of directors, said that Sberbank has launched a program of restructuring loans to small and micro enterprises, whose main owners have been mobilized.
“Sberbank has decided to launch its own program for the restructuring of loans to small and micro enterprises. In case of mobilization of individual entrepreneurs and owners whose share in the company is more than 50%, it is possible to receive a delay in repayment of principal and interest,” he said.
Popov added that such a restructuring application can be submitted in the Internet bank for entrepreneurs.
Partial mobilization has been declared in Russia since September 21, by decree of President Vladimir Putin. According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, it is necessary to control the 1,000-kilometer line of contact and liberated areas in Ukraine. A total of 300,000 reservists will be called in, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of the Russian Federation.
