“I will give a simple example: There is a border region – there is a demand for the supply of breeding cattle, breeding yaks and breeding sheep from the Republic of Buryatia and Mongolia. As for the risks associated with veterinary dangerous diseases, such as foot-and-mouth disease, for example, that such an agreement has already taken place. We can’t say.
