He recalled that the second part of the food agreement is about removing all barriers and restrictions on freight and mutual settlements through interbank systems for food supply.
Abramchenko explained that according to him, 431 vessels supplying related agricultural products have been involved in this transaction so far.
In July, representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UN agreed to lift restrictions on the export of Russian products and facilitate Russian grain exports to Ukraine.
