In 2022, the budget revenues of the Kaluga region will increase by five billion rubles
KALUGA, November 21 – RIA Novosti. The regional government reported that the budget revenues of the Kaluga region in 2022 will increase by 5 billion rubles, mainly due to additional unrequited revenues from the budgets of other levels.
On Monday, regional Finance Minister Valentina Avdeeva reportedly announced at a meeting with the regional government the changes to the regional budget Act for 2022 and planned for the 2023 and 2024 planning period. According to him, the changes are due to the projected growth in tax and non-tax revenues, as well as additional unrequited revenues from the budgets of other levels.
“In general, it is proposed to increase regional budget revenues by 5,148 billion rubles – 1,720 billion rubles, unrequited revenues – 3,428 billion rubles, including tax and non-tax revenues, for 2022,” the report says.
According to the regional government, revenues in general will amount to 83,755 billion rubles, tax and non-tax – 60,623 billion rubles, unrequited receipts – 23,132 billion rubles.
In the health sector, additional funds from the federal budget provide an increase in spending by 508 million rubles. Of this amount, 485 million rubles will be used to equip the Kaluga Regional Clinical Children’s Hospital, and 23 million rubles will be used to supply medicines to certain categories of citizens and purchase special medical nutrition products for children with disabilities.
Among other changes in the budget, in particular, an increase in spending on the road industry in the amount of 716 million rubles at the expense of the federal budget.
“In the field of culture, an increase in the amount of 111 million rubles was proposed for the reconstruction of the building of the Kaluga Regional Youth Theater, due to the increase in prices for construction resources, due to additional revenues from the federal budget. Spectators,” the regional government informs.
Regional Governor Vladislav Shapsha emphasized that the general course of the budget policy of the region remained the same. As Shapshu was quoted by the regional government’s press service, “Priority is given to additional revenues to finance social obligations and development projects. At the same time, we maintain the balance and stability of the budget system.”
