KRASNODAR, 22 November – RIA Novosti. The regional administration said that the Krasnodar Territory has improved its agricultural machinery fleet by 60% over the past five years.
It was stated that this was expressed by Deputy Governor Andrey Korobka at the 29th international exhibition “YUGAGRO” held in Krasnodar.
“Over the last 5 years, more than 70 billion rubles have been allocated for the renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet in the region. This allowed the renewal of the fleet by 60 percent. As a result, the region ranks first among all regions.” In terms of energy supply per 100 hectares of arable land. In the region, this figure is about 200 horsepower per 100 hectares.
According to the deputy governor, a number of programs are being implemented for the modernization of the fleet of machinery and tractors in the region. Farmers can access subsidies, concessional loans and programs through Rosagroleasing JSC.
Starting this year, the Kuban Ministry of Agriculture on behalf of Governor Veniamin Kondratyev subsidizes 10% of the cost of purchasing equipment under a new regional program. 116 farmers have already received subsidies. They bought 208 agricultural machines.
“All this made it possible to fulfill the forecast indicators in 2022, despite the sanctions. Kuban farmers purchased more than 2,600 pieces of equipment in the amount of 15.5 billion rubles.”
The international exhibition of agricultural machinery, equipment and materials for the production and processing of agricultural crop products “YUGAGRO” will be held in Krasnodar until November 25. 600 companies from 12 countries of the world participate.
