The experimental legal regime provides a wide range of participants, including manufacturers of highly automated vehicles (PJSC KAMAZ, NPO Starline), large carriers (Globaltruck Logistics, Magnit, X5 Logistics) and infrastructure operator – state company Avtodor.

The Ministry stated on the Telegram channel that unmanned trucks will shorten the cargo delivery time; eliminate the influence of the human factor; increase the environmental friendliness of transportation.
