TVER, November 24 – RIA Novosti. According to the regional government’s press service, Tver authorities have developed and implemented new measures to support agricultural producers.
New directions include promoting an increase in oilseed production. For these purposes, 20.2 million rubles were provided in 2022. A part of the cost of oilseed production is reimbursed to the farmers at the rate of 3,710 rubles for each 1 ton increase in oilseed production. It also provides for the reimbursement of some of the costs for the production and sale of grain products for agricultural producers. The total amount of funds in this area is 5.4 million rubles. The subsidy rate is 2,100 rubles per 1 ton of grain products produced and sold.
“The head of the region, Igor Rudenya, considers the support of farmers an important link in the framework of the country’s tasks to ensure food independence,” the press service said.
