MOSCOW, November 25 – RIA Novosti. Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov said that city authorities signed an agreement with a contractor from Arkhangelsk, part of the Akvilon group, on the integrated development of a site in the former Teply Stan industrial zone.
The Arkhangelsk company Expert Developer Sevtechnadzor, with which the city signed a 10-year contract, won the auction for the right to build 17 hectares of the Tyoply Stan industrial zone.Science and production, sports facilities and shops, bank branches and food outlets during this time.
According to Yefimov, the investor will invest 17 billion rubles in the project. The expected annual budget impact for the city will exceed 1.5 billion rubles, more than 4.4 thousand jobs will be created as a result of the project.
According to the report, today on the territory of the former industrial zone there are warehouses, car services and parking spaces for special equipment, whose owners will receive fair compensation.
