Within five days, discussions and conferences will be held, where participants can discuss the possibilities of optimizing the procurement system and developing a competitive system. The project will open with a panel discussion on “Developing the supply system in the face of new challenges”. The speakers of the event will be experts from the system of capital and federal state orders, and the participants will be the deputy heads of the capital’s executive authorities responsible for purchasing departments.

The second day, December 8, will be reserved for the city’s suppliers. The conference “Moscow Procurement as an Effective Tool for Business Development” will be held at the WTC Convention Center. In addition, it is planned to give the title of “Supplier of the Moscow Government” to 15 companies on this day.

For contract services workers and metropolitan customers, a conference on “Effective purchasing by customers in Moscow in a changing environment” will be held on the MIA “Russia Today” site on December 9.

Today also begins the final hackathon in the Tender Hack series, where participants will be asked to develop a system for analyzing and predicting the results of their bidding sessions on the Supplier Portal. Following the results of the three-day competition, students, experienced developers and relevant experts will participate, who will present their solutions to improve the portal.

The “Moscow Days Competition” project aims to establish transparent and open communication between all market participants by adapting best business practices to the real tasks of the city.
