Shadayev: Ministry of Digital Development and Agricultural Bank of Russia discuss the idea of creating a market place for farmers
MOSCOW, November 29 – RIA Novosti. At the TAdviser Summit 2022 forum, the head of the ministry, Maksut Shadayev, said that the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and the Agricultural Bank of Russia discussed the idea of creating a marketplace for agricultural producers.
“Together with the Agricultural Bank of Russia, we are discussing the creation of a marketplace for agricultural producers, not only to provide subsidies and some form of government support, but also to organize sales, educate farmers and access best practices.” Noted the head of the Ministry of Digital Development.
According to Shadayev, state participation in small and medium business projects is not always effective in creating such ecosystems.
“Let’s see if government institutions such as state companies and state banks will be effective,” Shadayev said.
