The Central Bank of the Russian Federation advises banks to restructure borrowers’ loans by the end of 2023.
MOSCOW, November 30 – RIA Novosti. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation recommends that banks restructure borrowers’ loans and not forcibly evict borrowers from housing until the end of 2023.
“Measures planned to be extended (including a modified format) … advice to lenders on working with borrowers until December 31, 2023 (restructure loans (loans) according to the prescribed restructuring schedules, no penalties (fines), penalties), foreclosed suspending the procedures for forced eviction of debtors from settlements),” the document states.
It was also noted that these restructurings will not be considered as a factor that worsens the credit history of the borrower.
