Speaking at a government meeting, regional governor Igor Rudenya said, “The projects we are discussing today are of key importance for the integrated development of the region, creating jobs, modernizing the economy, and increasing the revenue side of the region’s budget.” said.
Investments in each of the projects exceed 1 billion rubles. The list includes a federal project – the construction of the third stage of the M-11 Neva highway (the northern ring road of Tver). The main investment projects include the integrated development of the resort cluster in Zavidovo SEZ, the creation of the Russian Lakes tourism and recreation cluster in the Ostashkovsky urban district and the Bologovsky district, the creation of the Savelovsky innovation and industrial park in Kimry, the development of the KSK industrial park in Tver and others.
In addition, the list includes projects for the integrated development of regions – the creation of a commercial activity zone “Morozovskiy Gorodok” in Tver, the implementation of the project “Tver Expo”, the construction of residential complexes in the regional capital.
In addition, projects implemented within the framework of the targeted investment program of the Tver region are classified as priorities. These are the construction of the West Bridge in Tver, the regional children’s clinical hospital, the Bezhetskaya Central Regional Hospital, a school and football field in Tver, the reconstruction of treatment facilities and water intake facilities in the capital of the Upper Volga region.
