MOSCOW, December 1 – RIA Novosti. The press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region said that the first loans under the Industrial Mortgage program will be issued in the Moscow Region before the end of this year.
“The first three companies from the Moscow region can get a loan for the purchase of industrial real estate under the Industrial Mortgage program in the first half of December. All companies demanded the maximum amount of loans under the program – 500 million rubles. Currently, studies on these applications are at the final stage.“– the words of the deputy head of the department, Yevgeny Podlipensky, are quoted.
The launch of the industrial mortgage program was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting with the deputy prime ministers on 5 September. It includes lending to industrial enterprises for the purchase of production facilities up to 500 million rubles at an annual rate of not more than 5%.
