He added that Russia drew attention to the artificial accumulation of bulk carriers in the port of Istanbul due to the activities of Ukrainian traders.
“At the same time, the problem of artificial accumulation of dry cargo ships in the port of Istanbul has been repeatedly noted. Before being included in the initiative, such ships cannot be considered as participants, and the Joint coordination center in Istanbul is not responsible for them. “more and more” in Kiev It is clear that they are driven by purely selfish tasks to sell, “faster by neglecting the approved working procedure,” the diplomat said.
The grain agreement, signed on July 22 by representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UN, includes the export of grain, food and fertilizer to the Black Sea from Ukraine’s three ports, including Odessa. The contract expired on November 18, but was automatically extended by 120 days if there was no objection from the parties. The agreement itself is an integral part of the package agreement, which, among other things, provided for the removal of the barrier to Russia’s exports of food and fertilizers – Moscow noted that it was not fully implemented. At the same time, assurances came from the UN that restrictions would be lifted.
