Mishustin signs the order to nominate the candidates for the Gazprom Board of Directors
MOSCOW, January 27 – RIA Novosti. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decision to nominate Gazprombank Chairman Andrey Akimov to the Gazprom Board of Directors, the President’s Special Representative to the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, Viktor Zubkov, and Deputy Chairman Denis Manturov. Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Gazprom Head Alexei Miller, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov and Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
“In accordance with the Annex, nominate representatives of the Russian Federation and the Board of Directors and Audit Commission of the Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom (St. Petersburg) for election as independent directors. Federal Property Management Agency, the specified candidates, at the disposal of the prime minister The specified public joint stock company “Gazprom” is included in the list of candidates for voting in the elections in the prescribed manner to the Board of Directors and Audit Commission.
