Mishustin: The government does not plan to change the general basic parameters of the tax system
MOSCOW, February 8 – RIA Novosti. The government of the Russian Federation does not support the proposal by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs to increase the corporate tax rate, and changes are not planned in the general basic parameters of the tax system and insurance premiums this year. Said the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
“The government of the Russian Federation does not support the proposal to increase the corporate tax rate proposed by the RSPP cooperation,” the report says.
As the Ministry of Finance noted, additional opportunistic revenues occurred only in individual sectors and individual taxpayers, not in the entire economy as a whole. The impact of such a measure on different sectors of the economy will not be equal, according to the report.
“In general, changes in the general basic parameters of the tax system, including income tax rates, VAT, personal income tax, property taxes, special regimes and insurance premiums, are not planned this year. The Russian government is not working on these initiatives,” the report says.
