First Deputy Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Polyansky: Kyiv did not send any request for grain supply to Moscow
MOSCOW, 20 May/ Radio Sputnik. First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said that the Ukrainian authorities did not send a request to Russia to hold negotiations on the supply of grain.
The Deputy Representative reminded that the waters of these ports were drawn by Kiev itself.
