The ideas expressed, according to Nikishina, differed in that they were ready for implementation. Some of them can now be submitted to the federal headquarters for inclusion in the measures of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”. Other ideas require further development, so they will be prepared to a level that will allow us to understand how and where to apply them in the near future.

“Furthermore, many of the ideas should be implemented at the regional level, not at the federal center level,” the speaker said.
