ULAN-UDE, March 14 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in order to reduce the outflow of people from the regions, it is necessary to create interesting promising jobs and activities that will attract people.
“First of all, we need to create interesting, high-quality, promising jobs, activities that will attract people,” Putin said during a meeting with workers at the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant.
He pointed out that there is a problem of personnel exit from the regions. The president stressed that it is also necessary to build housing in order to “fix” people in the country’s issues.
