Malkov: Ryazan is ready to implement projects for the technological domination of the country
RYAZAN, March 16 – RIA Novosti. Governor Pavel Malkov said that the Ryazan region is ready to implement the most ambitious projects that meet the needs of the country.
According to the regional government’s press service, on Thursday Malkov attended the plenary session of the 17th Congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, which took place in Moscow with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of the region presented the key areas for improving the business environment in the Ryazan region.

“The Ryazan region has many advantages and many opportunities. We are open to dialogue. We are ready for cooperation and the implementation of the most ambitious projects that will meet the modern challenges and needs of the country. The most important of them is ensure Technological dominance,” said Malkov’s press service.
According to the governor, the Ryazansky industrial park was actually created in the region, where 15 investment projects worth 31 billion rubles are currently being implemented. The development of technological infrastructure will be facilitated by the scientific and technological center “Aviation and Space Innovation Valley”, which is being created in Ryazan with the support of the Russian government. The first 14 deals have been signed, and 36 more are under development.
Malkov noted that the region plans to develop another promising district in Novomichurinsk monotown, where an application is being prepared to create a special economic zone. In total, the region’s investment portfolio includes 95 projects worth 270 billion rubles, which currently create more than 20 thousand jobs.
Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, noted that all processes intensified seriously after Malkov became the regional head in the Ryazan region. He wished the governor good luck, emphasizing the positive dynamics of mastering the existing support mechanisms of the Ryazan business and his active participation in the implementation of new ones in the region. “New support mechanisms – they are all already in operation. Working with the regional government has become more comfortable and efficient, this is confirmed by the head of the regional branch of the RSPP, Alexander Zhukaev,” said.
