EEC extends increased threshold for duty-free imports of goods into the EAEU for individuals until 1 October
MOSCOW, March 30 – RIA Novosti/Prime. The increased threshold for tax-free imports of goods into the EAEU of 1,000 euros for individuals has been extended for six months, until 1 October. telegraph channel Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
“The effect of the increased threshold for duty-free imports for individuals has been extended for another six months… Thus, until October 1 of this year, the duty-free import threshold for individuals will be 1,000 euros. 31 kg in postal shipments imported as baggage by means of transport.
It has been noted that if the value of the goods exceeds 1,000 Euros or its weight exceeds 31 kg, a fee of 15% of the value, not less than 2 Euros, shall be paid for each kilogram of excess.
