“I hereby accept the request for the Temporary Withdrawal of the Export Concession issued on October 3, 2022,” Deputy Secretary of Commerce Matthew Axelrod said in the order. said.

This regulation enters into force immediately and remains in effect for 180 days.

The document states that the US Department of Commerce began to actively implement export control measures against the Russian Federation shortly after the start of the special operation in Ukraine.
