“Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution that will allow enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC) to receive compensation for the cost of paying salaries to employees who moved to them to work not only from other parts of the country, but also from other municipalities within the same region,” – the message says.

It was noted that the decision will help defense industry enterprises fill the expert gap. The list of organizations and the list of requested professions can be approved by the regional heads. The basic condition is that the enterprise is registered in the defense industry organizations registry held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

“The support received by the employers is equal to three times the minimum wage, and the regional coefficient is multiplied by the number of people employed by increasing the insurance premium amount. This type of support is paid four times, every three months after the employee’s employment. ,” noted the Cabinet.
