Bloomberg: oil markets slide east, triggering tanker boom

Braemar has received orders for 38 medium tankers this year, one of the busiest quarters since 2013, according to reporters citing several major ship brokers. European Commission spokesman Daniel Ferry said at a briefing in Brussels on Thursday that the European Union and the G7 do not yet have the majority to allow a revision of the previously set ceiling on Russian oil prices.
