Subsidies for civil shipbuilding will be doubled to 14 billion rubles

The refusal of Western partners to deliver the planned deliveries put some industries in a difficult position, this also applies to shipbuilding enterprises, so Russian Prime Minister Mikhail said that the Cabinet of Ministers decided to double this year’s subsidies for civilian shipbuilding – up to 14 billion rubles, Mishustin said.
“Some industries, including, say, shipbuilding enterprises and our shipyards, found themselves in a very difficult situation due to the refusal of Western partners to deliver scheduled deliveries. This sector occupies a key position in our economy … We will send 14 Mishustin, in a meeting with the deputy prime ministers, that the production of ship equipment billion rubles for its development, mass production and modernization. This is twice as much as last year,” he said.

“Those who receive subsidies will be able to cover up to 80 percent of their costs. Appropriate financing is available for next year,” Mishustin said.
