According to Gorelkin, Microsoft is sending offers to Russian customers who are not under sanctions to expand cooperation. At the same time, the company previously suspended the sale of its products and announced that it was closing its offices in the Russian Federation.
“Actually, despite the loud statements, it doesn’t seem like Microsoft is trying to stop its presence in the Russian Federation – on the contrary, we see that it’s interested in staying here… They want it – and I might even call it a tool of digital colonialism,” he added.
