“The next frontier is the transition to domestic hardware, it’s more complex. And obviously it won’t work without Russian software,” he said at the Digital Industry forum of Industrial Russia in Nizhny Novgorod on Thursday.

Mishustin recalled that in December last year, the government signed a series of agreements with state institutions on the development of high-tech fields to monitor the work on software import substitution.
“For each of these documents, so-called roadmaps have been created. Its implementation includes all necessary measures that will allow to increase the share of domestic decisions by reducing the number of foreign decisions in key sectors of the economy. . And to achieve a 90 percent renewal by the end of the decade,” he stressed.
