Expenses were incurred almost entirely – 99.9% – by both departments, as in the previous reporting year; spending under the federal targeted investment program – 100% in Rosselkhoznadzor, 99.7% in the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture reduced the number of incomplete objects by 6.7% to 627 objects, Rosselkhoznadzor – by 5.6% (17 objects); Accordingly, the amount of investments in progress decreased by 18.5% and 14.2%.
In the reporting year, the Ministry of Agriculture was responsible for the implementation of three state programs with a total financing of 499 billion rubles in the field of the agro-industrial complex: cash execution for the year for all state programs more than 99%.
