Mishustin called for the creation of an urban environment of Russian standards in four new regions
MOSCOW, September 19 – RIA Novosti. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that an urban environment that meets all Russian standards should be created in new regions as soon as possible.
“It is important to pay special attention to the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. There it is necessary to create an urban environment as quickly as possible according to the same standards that apply in all regions of Russia.” he said at a strategic session on infrastructure development strategy.
Mishustin reminded that new financial instruments were launched at the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation to help the regions fulfill all relevant tasks: infrastructure bonds, budget and special treasury loans.
“They are in good demand and are showing effectiveness,” the Prime Minister added.
