Rosstat: growth in sugar, egg, buckwheat and sunflower oil prices slowed from 4 to 10 June
MOSCOW, June 15 – RIA Novosti. Sugar in Russia for the ninth week in a row, the eighth egg, the third buckwheat, the price of sunflower oil also began to fall, but rice prices continue to rise, comes from Rosstat materials.
In the period from June 4 to June 10, the price of sugar in the Russian Federation decreased on average by 1.28% for the previous reporting period – 0.99%, but since the beginning of the year the price of sugar increased by 43.73%. Eggs are also getting cheaper: in the reporting period, their prices fell by 0.75% a week ago – 1.87%, and since the beginning of the year – 12.93%. Buckwheat lost 0.5% in price, before that – 0.26%; From the beginning of the year to June 10, its price increased by 19.98%.
The price of sunflower oil stopped growing: it fell by 0.18% in the reporting week, increased by 0.18% from May 28 to June 3, and increased by 13.27% from the beginning of the year to June 10. In contrast, the price of margarine rose by 0.85%, 1.28% a week ago, and by 36.12% since the beginning of the year. Rice became 0.47% more expensive (previous week – 0.79%, since the beginning of the year – 29.27%). The price of millet groats fell 0.13% during the week (before – the price increased by 0.05% since the beginning of the year – 9.56%).
Chilled and frozen chicken fell an average of 0.14% nationwide. Over the past week, the price of chicken meat has also fallen – by 0.61%, and from the beginning of the year until June 10 – increased by 2.87%. The price of pork fell 0.55% (a week ago – 0.43% since the beginning of the year – the price increased by 1.23%).
In the reporting week, wheat flour added 0.06% (since the beginning of the year – the price increased by 14.96%), the price of black bread increased by 0.04% (since the beginning of the year – 8.76%), white bread – 0.12% (from the beginning of the year) – 10.67%). Pasta became cheaper by 0.46%, noodles – by 0.32% (from the beginning of the year to June 10, prices for these goods increased by 16.53% and 16.04%, respectively).
The price of table salt increased by 0.44% (a week ago – its price fell by 0.25% since the beginning of the year – its price increased by 28.7%). Black tea is 0.51% cheaper (a week ago – 0.14% more expensive since the beginning of the year – 23.15%).
