Kommersant: Mercedes-Benz can sell a distributor in Russia to one of the dealers

The Mercedes-Benz plant in Esipovo, near Moscow, is not included in the deal. However, the factory in the Russian Federation does not work, like most foreign automotive production in the country. Kommersant states that if the deal is realized, Mercedes-Benz will stop working directly in Russia.
Mercedes-Benz said the company is considering several options for doing business in Russia: “There is no specific decision yet. Please understand that we are not commenting on future plans and strategic decisions.”
