Sberbank launches refinancing of mortgages issued in the spring at high rates
DERBENT, 17 July – RIA Novosti. The head of the credit organization, German Gref, said on July 15 that Sberbank has started the refinancing of its own mortgages, which were taken by customers in March-May at high rates.
Sberbank announced in June that it will allow its customers to reduce the rate of mortgages issued in the spring from 13.9%, concessional loans will not be refinanced. The rate will be reduced to the mortgage refinancing program level plus 1 percentage point.
