KHABAROVSK, August 29 – RIA Novosti. Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev called the authorities “carry every entrepreneur in their hands” in terms of sanctions.
On Monday, the regional government held a meeting with the operational headquarters under the sanctions, chaired by the governor, to improve the stability of the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory.
“To carry every entrepreneur in his arms! If an entrepreneur runs to the governor and complains that someone is sticking a stick or trying to make some illegal decision or just playing “soccer” – for me it is a sign that this person is not able to cope. And if we already have highly ready projects – that’s fine a signal. This also applies to mayors,” Degtyarev said in a video posted on Telegram after the meeting.
The governor noted that we need to increase our own revenues to ensure the successful execution of the regional budget under the constraints of external sanctions.
“This is the main task of everyone without exception. Here we are talking about trust, discipline, development. And of course about the investment climate: if businesses are ready to invest in the region, then we will have funds,” said Degtyarev. stressed.
