The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced the departure of three ships carrying food from Ukrainian ports.
ANKARA, 29 August – RIA Novosti. Turkish Ministry of National Defense reported About the departure of three ships from Ukrainian ports as part of a “grocery deal” on Monday morning.
On July 22, multilateral agreements were signed in Istanbul on the lifting of restrictions on the supply of Russian products for export and Russia’s assistance in the export of Ukrainian grain. The agreement, signed by representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UN, includes the export of grain, food and fertilizer from Ukraine’s three ports, including Odessa, via the Black Sea.
The military department said in a statement on its Twitter account, “Grain deliveries continue according to plan. As of this morning, 3 more ships left the Ukrainian ports with grain.”
