Under the agreement, PSB will assist the developer in projects to increase home purchase, provide project financing for bridge loans and residential construction, and provide mortgage lending to increase home affordability.

“PSB actively finances the construction of comfortable housing and affordable infrastructure for the population of various regions of the country, including implementing projects for building housing for employees of industrial enterprises. Currently, the bank supports projects in the Perm and Krasnoyarsk Regions, Arkhangelsk , Cooperation between PSB and FGC of Moscow, Kaluga regions, Republic of Tatarstan, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Regions will increase the volume of high-quality development in the Russian regions, reduce the cost of residential construction and, as a result, reduce the cost of residential construction, Senior Vice President – Director of the PSB Corporate Business Department Kirill Boltromyuk, He said that it will contribute to the renewal of the housing stock in Russian cities and the increase in the standard of living of the population.

According to Roman Kapinos, First Deputy Director General of the Federal Network Company Region, the plans of the FGC Group of Companies include large-scale development in Russian regions with a residential sales volume of up to 1 million square meters.
