Stanislav Benediktov, head artist of RAMT, died at the age of 79.
MOSCOW, November 10 – RIA Novosti. Stanislav Benediktov, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, chief theater designer of RAMT, died Thursday at the age of 79. reported on the theater’s Telegram channel.
The theater described the death of the artist as “an irreparable loss.” “Stanislav Benediktovich, how we will miss you all… Our condolences to his family and friends. We mourn with you,” said RAMT.

Benediktov was born on June 8, 1944, graduated from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute. In memory of Surikov and the Moscow Art School, 1905. Benediktov worked in such theaters as Moscow Art Theatre, Maly Theatre, Bolshoi Theatre, MAMT im. Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko, Berlin Theatre, Reykjavik National Theater and Sofia Opera House. He has been working as the main artist of RAMT since 1985.
