Among the priority topics are “Culture of Russia. Preservation, creation and diffusion of traditional values”, “Science of Russia: innovations, technologies, priorities”, as well as historical cinema, adaptations of classics and films about eminent personalities.

Another topic is devoted to “Promotion of service in the Russian Armed Forces. The unity of society around the support of the army (front brigades, volunteers, volunteers). Strengthening the status of the military profession on historical events and examples of modern history.” ”

“On the Approval of the Foundations of State Policy for the Protection and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values”, “On the Announcement of the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation”, “Childhood in the Russian Federation”, of the President of the Russian Federation Teacher and Counselor of the Year.

The procedure and conditions for holding competitive elections in 2023 will be announced at the end of December 2022.
