MOSCOW, December 1 – RIA Novosti. The Chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko, offered to give the presenter Andrey Malakhov a government award for the author’s TV show “Songs from the Heart”. She shared her opinion at a meeting with cultural and art figures.
