The star premiere of the movie “Nuremberg”, in which he played with Mironov and Bezrukov, took place in Moscow.
MOSCOW, February 21 – RIA Novosti. The star premiere of the film “Nuremberg” by Nikolai Lebedev took place in Moscow. The audience knows the director from the films “Legend No. 17”, “The Crew” and many others.
The director started working on the script in 2019. Alongside his documentary research, he relied on the chronicle novel “Forever” by author and lawyer Alexander Zvyagintsev, who has spent over 40 years studying the Nuremberg trials.
The head of the Russian Historical Society, Sergei Naryshkin, came to the shooting. Alexander Kibovsky, head of the Moscow Department of Culture, as a historian and specialist in military uniforms and awards, appreciated the work of costume designer Sergei Prilepa.
The main roles of Sergei Bezrukov and Evgeny Mironov. The first embodied the image of the Prosecutor General of the USSR Roman Rudenko at the Nuremberg trials. The second is Colonel Migachev. This is a fictional character, but important to the development of the plot. And in Lebedev’s film, these artists first appeared on the same set.
In preparation for the shoot, Yevgeny Mironov studied the archives and reviewed history. The artist previously said, “The important thing here was that it was the Soviet side that insisted on a trial according to all the rules. Thus, it was a process, not just revenge. And this deserves respect.”
But Lebedev wanted the tape to be interesting not only to historians, but also to a wide audience. For example, in the movie there is a love line – military translator Volgin (Sergey Kempo) and Lena (Lyubov Aksenova).
Stars and politicians attended the gala. Among the first to see the photo were Philip Kirkorov, Tatyana Mikhalkova, Larisa Dolina, Oleg Menshikov, Arkady Ukupnik, Vladimir Khotinenko.
You can watch the movie very soon on the big screens – on March 2, the series “Nuremberg” will be released.
