A rare landscape painted by one of the works of Kukryniksy Mikhail Kupriyanov “March” is up for auction at the “Russian enamel” auction house, also among the bestsellers are paintings by Stepan Kolesnikov and full member of the Russian Academy of Arts Viktor Ivanov. , the press service of the auction house reports.

“On Saturday, July 16, a major auction of Russian and Western European art will be held. The post-war Soviet era is represented by a rare lyrical landscape “March” by Mikhail Kupriyanov from Kukryniksy,” the report says.

Kupriyanov’s landscape was painted in 1951, the picture contains the author’s dedication signature. Estimeyt paintings – 65-75 thousand rubles.

Also at auction is Stepan Kolesnikov’s “Winter Landscape with Peasant Figure”, painted by the artist in exile in the 1930s. Estimeyt – 200-300 thousand rubles.

Another top position is “Izba”, the early work of Viktor Ivanov, a full member of the Russian Academy of Arts and People’s Artist of the USSR. There is an inscription belonging to the owner on the work, and the work was painted on 20 August 2020. Estimeyt – 235-350 thousand rubles.

A total of 622 lots will be offered at the auction.
