MOSCOW, July 25 – RIA Novosti. Bands from 15 regions will perform at the Russian National Festival of Orchestras in the State Kremlin Palace, the press service reported.

Musicians Belgorod, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Grozny, Kazan, Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Simferopol, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Elista, Yakutsk and beyond.
