The National Disaster Management Authority said that in addition to the deaths, the floods had destroyed more than 46,200 homes, noting that last month was the heaviest rain in three decades, with an average increase of 133 percent over the past thirty years. . Balochistan province, which borders Iran and Afghanistan, received 305% more rainfall than the annual average, the department said.
