Abu Dhabi (Al Ittihad)
Abu Dhabi Police and Abu Dhabi Civil Defense have concluded their participation in Al Ain Book Festival 2022.
Members of all police departments and community police in Al Ain participated in the festival, in addition to the security and traffic patrol’s role in festival security and traffic regulation.
Festival visitors were informed about the services of the Abu Dhabi Police and their role in increasing safety and public awareness. The Traffic Department of the Al Ain Transport Directorate also participated in introducing families and children to improve the objectives of the Child Patrol. Raising awareness of the children’s movement, compliance with laws, providing them with simple and practical advice and guidance, as well as distribution of educational leaflets.
The Women’s Police Affairs Bureau in the Human Resources Sector participated in the festival with a discussion session on the role of the bureau hosted by Major Sheikha Obaid Al Zaab, Director of the Women’s Police Affairs Bureau.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority has launched an initiative to educate visitors on the importance of following safety and fire protection requirements.
