Guadalajara (Union)
With rhythms of drums and drums, the National Band of Sharjah transported the Guadalajara International Book Fair audience into the heart of the Emirati’s popular culture and its most iconic artistic symbols, presenting a series of popular performances during its run. Festive events in Sharjah, guest of honor at the 36th session of the exhibition.
The group incorporated the aesthetics of the four Emirati environments and their reflection on Emirati folk art, performed dances and performances, sang songs and performed the most famous traditional Emirati instruments including drums, tambourines and flutes.
The group managed to mobilize the exhibition audience at the Sharjah Emirate Pavilion over several days with a display of Nubian art on the tanbura instrument and liwa on the oboe and Shindo on the big drum. 🇧🇷
