At the start of the ceremony, Abdullah Al Owais opened the curtain on the building’s commemorative plaque to announce the official opening of the residence.
Ashraf Zaki welcomed the audience and in his speech highlighted the vital and distinguished role played by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in serving Arab art and culture in general and Egypt in particular. Thanking His Majesty, he said: “The artistic and cultural contribution of the Ruler of Sharjah is evident in Egypt, and this is not unusual for an educated man who knows Egypt better than we do and therefore appreciates His Majesty’s concern .” into artists and we thank you for this historic humanitarian work”.
Abdullah Al Owais gave a speech during which he spoke about the process of cooperation between the UAE and Egypt, saying: “Today we are happy with the renewed Arab meeting that unites the Emirates with Egypt, and it is a meeting that complements the process. Under the wise leadership of cooperation between the two sister countries, which believes in the importance of Arab integration in all fields. Projects carried out by benevolent hands to fulfill precious Egypt and in gratitude for what it gave to the Arab nation.
He added and said, “Witnessing the opening of a nursing home associated with the Representative Professions Union in Egypt, I am honored to announce that His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah has allocated a financial deposit for the administration. The financial and administrative affairs of the household, including all operating expenses, including the salary of workers and the treatment of residents of the household, I wish Your Highness health and prosperity.”

Saleh Al-Saadi said: The humanitarian honor of establishing a rest home for Egyptian artists comes from His Majesty, the Ruler of Sharjah, as part of His Majesty’s support of humanitarian initiatives and his appreciation of art and artists in many countries of the our Arab world. , especially Sister Egypt, whom she highlighted with great support, remembering that Her Majesty has a great desire to honor artists and creations.
He noted that among the humanitarian initiatives of His Majesty the Ruler of Sharjah in Egypt, His Highness has supported many medical institutions including Mansoura Liver Hospital, Cairo University Cancer Institute and many others.
Al-Saadi emphasized that His Majesty, the Ruler of Sharjah’s love for Egypt and its people has not been hidden from anyone, noting that His Eminence always shows his constant love and support for Egypt and his pride in his words and actions. His university education at the Faculty of Agriculture at Cairo University, where His Majesty said, “I will be loyal to Egypt until my last breath and I will not be late.”
