Post: Armenian traditional art shines at “Al Owais Cultural”.

Drawing from a deep philosophical heritage, portraying ancient and authentic folk tales and stories, Armenian group “Proof Art Dance” performed an artistic concert on the stage of Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation on the evening of Wednesday, March 15th. It was attended by a large gourmet audience, where the band presented the colors of Armenian art and music with incredible skill.
The ceremony was attended by Abdul Hamid Ahmed, Secretary General of Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation, Mesrop Sarkisian, Archbishop of Armenians in the UAE, Kegam Gharibjanian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the UAE. Public figures from Armenian society, intellectuals, media professionals and other stakeholders and friends of the foundation.
For two hours, the troupe performed traditional dances and songs with hand-woven lace and colorful traditional Armenian costumes in harmony with games, songs and dances, accompanied by traditional musical instruments. Inspired by the legacy of the fertile Armenian environment with all the components of its social fabric.

The program included 15 pieces of art deeply rooted in ancient Armenian culture, such as: Waltz Dance, Instrumental Sarnad, Vaspurakan Dance, Song of Life and Struggle, Kochar Dance, Artsakhi Dahol, Instrumental Caravan, Dance and Song of Armenian Colors.
