The Ajman Tourism Development Department has signed an MoU with the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation to strengthen intellectual and cultural cooperation between them, recognizing the importance of consultation and working together to serve the cultural sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
The MoU was signed by Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashem, Director General of the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman and Ibrahim Al Hashem, Executive Director of the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation.
The MoU included the basis for cooperation and mutual relationship development between Ajman Tourism and Al Owais Cultural Foundation to achieve their common goals through consultation and insights, experiences, research, workshops, seminars and publications. and scientific and cultural information, as well as implementing joint projects and establishing activities that address intellectual, social, heritage, scientific and cultural issues in Ajman.
Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashim said that the Tourism Development Department wants to strengthen local partnerships to strengthen the emirate’s cultural and creative sector, in a way that meets the directions, strategies and visions of the ambitious Emirate of Ajman. which aims to make it a global cultural hub and incubator of creativity and a talent forum, indicates that the Memorandum of Understanding with Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Center is part of the framework of enriching the local cultural scene and consolidating comprehensive knowledge among different segments of society.
In turn, the executive administrator of the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation confirmed that cooperation with national departments and institutions is at the heart of the institution’s interests, which opens the horizon of communication with all parties in the organization of information exchange. and experience. Joint events and activities and other projects aimed at promoting cultural, social and tourist activities in the emirate.
