Minister Lindner wants to be a savings model. He wants to stop the expansion of the Prime Ministry building and the construction of a new building for his ministry. They have already cost millions of euros.

35 million euros spent

According to a Lindner spokesperson, all projects “must be put to the test for their usefulness and profitability”. However, scrutiny is still ongoing to the Federal Ministry of Finance as to whether the planned expansion will continue as planned or whether it will be completely different:
